TJ072 Multi-Purpose Shears – 180 mm

Versatile Japanese gardening shears, designed for exceptionally smooth and precise cutting.

After careful polishing, the tool surface is coated with a special protective finish that improves corrosion resistance and gives the shears an elegant appearance. The blades themselves are left uncoated to preserve maximum sharpness and excellent cutting performance.

The blade construction resembles a classic bypass pruner – the two blades have different shapes, making the shears highly suitable for cutting thin fruit tree branches, harvesting vegetables, cutting flowers and caring for ornamental plants. The gently curved blades provide exceptionally smooth and effortless cutting.

The fully forged construction guarantees high durability, excellent sharpness and allows repeated sharpening, straightening and maintenance.

This model is intended for a wide range of tasks – from removing buds and young shoots to pruning thinner branches.

Important:
These shears are not intended for cutting thick branches over approximately 10 mm in diameter. Attempting to cut wood that is too thick or using the blades for prying may damage them.

The screw in the shears is a consumable part. If any looseness appears, it should be replaced immediately. Continued use with a loose screw may damage or permanently deform the tool.
