Chopstick Rest - Fushimi Pepper

The chopstick rests are handmade by artisans in Gifu Prefecture, Japan.

Fushimi pepper is a traditional variety of mild green pepper from Kyoto. Despite its chilli-like appearance, it is completely mild and has a delicate, sweet and fruity flavour.
