The chopstick rests are handmade by artisans in Gifu Prefecture, Japan.

Koi are a traditional Japanese symbol of good fortune, advancement, growth and long life. Their presence adds an elegant accent filled with positive energy.
The carp is depicted as a koinobori, a carp-shaped windsock traditionally displayed in Japan for Children’s Day.
The chopstick rests are available in blue or pink.
