UI183 KUROCO Pruning Shears – 200 mm

Japanese pruning shears from the KUROCO series, designed for comfortable, precise and long-lasting use. This flagship model by Yoshioka Hamono combines modern design with solutions developed by experienced craftsmen.

The blades are made from specially selected tool steel, chosen for its strength, wear resistance and hardness. Each pair is hand-sharpened to provide exceptional sharpness and smooth cutting.
Every pair is hand-sharpened by Yoshioka Hamono artisans, giving the shears exceptional sharpness and cutting precision.

The matte black handle has been abrasive-blasted, giving it a slightly rough surface that sits securely in the hand even during prolonged work.

The blade has been hardened all the way to the screw axis, increasing rigidity and allowing it to cut thicker branches with ease. The specially designed counter blade stabilizes the cutting blade, reducing deformation and the risk of chipping.

Ideal for pruning branches, shrubs, ornamental plants and everyday garden maintenance.

Important:
The greatest threat to blade sharpness is corrosion. After use, thoroughly remove dirt and moisture, then regularly maintain the blades and screw with a thin layer of camellia oil or another anti-corrosion oil.
