These chopstick rests were handmade by artisans from Gifu Prefecture, Japan.

Kaki (persimmon) is one of the symbols of Japanese autumn. They can be enjoyed fresh or dried (Hoshigaki). Hoshigaki accompanies Japan throughout the year, and its intense orange color adds a warm touch.
